Muscat: Grand Hyatt Muscat presents two of the world’s most vibrant cuisines presented at Marjan’s ‘Thailand meets Indonesia’ event.

March marks ‘Thailand meets Indonesia’ launch of their brand new, tailored-made Indo-Thai dinner menu, which has been carefully devised by Chef Sunee Chaichan from the award-winning Thai restaurant Isaan in Grand Hyatt Doha and Marjan’s sous-resident Chef Angga Ratdita. ‘Thailand meets Indonesia’ food promotion will be available from 2nd to 7th March, 7PM – 10.30PM.  Thai food is characterized by bold, fresh flavors and balanced with spicy, sweet, tangy and savory tastes while Indonesian cuisine is acquired from certain ingredients and bumbu spices mixture with rich flavours; most often described as savory, hot and spicy, and also combination of basic tastes such as sweet, salty, sour and bitter. With these two distinct cuisines coming together, this food promotion cannot be missed!

Situated overlooking the waves of Muscat’s shoreline, Marjan has the perfect view of both the cascading beach and Grand Hyatt’s magnificent stained-glass windows. Guests can unwind whilst dining Al Fresco with a diverse family-style set menu, served at the table for two guests. To start, welcome drinks are served, sharing salads and mouth-watering appetizers are presented followed by a chosen main course of your own. Each curry dish comes served with aromatic white rice compliments of the Chefs, followed by traditional desserts.
