The village of Masirah Al-Sharqiyyin, located in the Wilayat of Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar in Al-Dakhiliyah Governorate, at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level, is one of the oldest villages in the Wilayat, more than 500 years old. The village witnesses an active tourist influx throughout the year due to its mild climate during the summer and winter seasons, during which it becomes the perfect destination for mountain hiking and adventure tourism.

This village is considered one of the agricultural villages, with a variety of trees such as palms, bananas, mangoes, quinces, lemons, figs, peaches, pears, and many types of fruits, in addition to seasonal crops, such as garlic, onions, corn, various legumes, lettuce, radishes, cabbage, tomatoes, and okra.
