MUSCAT: Grand Hyatt Muscat strengthens its culinary team with the appointment of Chef Daniele Capobianco as Chef De Cuisine at the award-winning Italian restaurant Tuscany.


Originally, from Umbria, Chef Daniele found his culinary passion at young age and after he got his diploma, he travelled across the world working in several cities in Europe, Middle East and USA.

He has more than 20 years of international experience working in various Michelin star restaurants and multiple hotel groups. Chef Daniele strives to be innovative, yet stay true to his culture to provide an unforgettable dining experience. He is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and Danish. He loves to spend his personal time trying out different cuisines, outdoors, experiencing the local culture and exploring the city.
