MUSCAT: Kempinski Hotel Muscat is all set to open ‘The Countdown Sports Lounge’ in November.  With a seating capacity of 260 people, the lounge with its contemporary design is located at the Kempinski Boulevard street, with an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea.

Boasting as one of the largest sports lounges in the city and doubling up as lounge and casual dinery, foodies can expect a truly eclectic variety of signature dishes from the outlet’s Peruvian Head Chef, Nicolas Madueno, to tuck into such as the Countdown Burger, Flamed Steak, Fire Wings, Loaded Tacos, Succulent BBQ Ribs and a fiesta of mouthwatering dishes as well as a selection of beverages and cocktails, exclusive to the venue, handcrafted by the lounge manager, Nassim Elawar.

The swish new lounge will be a trendy haunt for the Muscat’s residents to catch all the sporting action on multiple screens and entertain in an upbeat ambiance, located in the heart of the new city.
