Muscat: Providing guests with yet another opportunity to soak up the winter weather and embrace the ever-loved Arabian Sunsets, W Muscat is bringing Sunsets Festival to Muscat. On November 15th, the global music festival will celebrate that much-loved golden hour with a DJ lineup that includes David Penn & Rosh.

“The time has finally come for us to bring our much-celebrated Sunset Festival to Muscat. As the temperatures cool down, we are preparing to bring up the heat on our happenings with the debut of what we envision to become a staple in our annual events calendar,” said Gerald Chevasson, General Manager of W Muscat. “The Sunsets Festival has been a huge hit in other countries, and I’m sure the beach-culture and music-loving people of Oman will make Muscat’s event one to remember.”

The beach-lovers music festival will be bringing a whole new scene to the city, encouraging guests to embrace the laidback vibe of the coast, the surf and the sunset. An event with a cause, the Sunsets Festival will be raising awareness on the importance of going green and leading a sustainable, plastic-free lifestyle. With pulsating beats and a relaxed ambiance, guests can enjoy ice-cold refreshments complimented with that iconic lime wedge as the Muscat sun sets on another perfect day.

Headlining the festival are global heavyweights DJ Rosh and DJ Penn. Dubbed ‘Amsterdam’s finest DJ,’ DJ Rosh recently did the official closing night at Pacha Ibiza, and has previously shared the stage with the likes of Armin Van Buuren and The Chainsmokers. DJ Penn, whose music career spans over 20 years, is an icon in the Spanish electronic music scene and has previously won ‘Best House DJ’ at the Vicious Music Awards. Ready to turn things up as the sun goes down, the DJ’s will be performing alongside Belgian duo NWTRP, DJ Armando, W Muscat’s Music Curator, and other surprise performers.
