Stop changing people around you, they are not going to change, unless you change.
Her Highness Sayyida Basma Al Said
On facing tough challenges in life, she said: “When life gets harder, challenge yourself to be stronger.”
She also has a message to young Omani women who wants to pursue mental health as a profession. “Stop changing people around you, they are not going to change, unless you change. You have to change first. It took time for me as a therapist to understand this, but you changing is stronger than you wanting others to change.”
