Muscat: BSC U16 A dominated it’s counterpart BSC U16 B claiming victory by 253 runs in the U16 Academies Junior League 2023-24 powered by Mazoon Dairy SAOG in the Municipality Grounds in Amerat on Saturday.
BSC U16 A’s skipper and opener Nimish Dhuri thundered a double century (202) in 105 balls with 33 boundaries to his individual tally being the 1st double centurion of Season 2023-24. BSC U16 A piled 332 in 30 overs courtesy of Tharun Mahesh contributing with a 37-ball 54 in the slog overs. In response, BSC U16 B were bundled for 79 courtesy two wickets each from Naushad Manaz and Vivikta Dande.

MCCC Blue U16 thump MCCC Red U16 by 162 runs in another match of the U16 Academies Junior League 2023-24 powered by Mazoon Dairy SAOG in the Municipality Grounds in Amerat on Saturday.
MCCC Blue got off to a superb start provided by Abdul Muqsith scoring an half century. Although, MCCC Blue’s mainstay batter at No.3, Vihaan Sanjay Chauhan smashed a massive century (165 of 95) along with able support from Kartikeya Gupta (42 of 23) taking the MCCC Blue U16 runs to 320 in 30 overs. In response, Ishva P , Shrivatsa V and Ayaan Adil scored in thirties and could only manage MCCC Red to drag to 158 in 30 overs. Kartikeya Gupta picked 2 wickets.
