TAC’S free weekly check-ups for Mazda car owners receives great response

Mazda car owners in Oman made the most of the free mechanical checkups on Mondays and body and paint checkups on Tuesdays

Muscat: Towell Auto Centre in the past month, announced free mechanical, body and paint checkups every Monday and Tuesday respectively for Mazda car owners in the Sultanate.

Mazda car owners in Oman made the most of the free mechanical checkups on Mondays and body and paint checkups on Tuesdays at Towell Auto Centre’s service centres across Oman.    

The addition of the free weekly checkups was launched keeping the convenience and satisfaction of the customers in mind. Mazda’s servicing centres received a great response with scores of customers visiting TAC’s servicing outlets on Mondays and Tuesdays to get their Mazda vehicles checked for free.

The free Monday mechanical checkups included a visual inspection of the car as well as a road test. The cars were checked for abnormal noises, oil/fluid leakages, damaged parts or any other abnormalities. In addition to a thorough check up, the vehicle was driven to find out if there were any other problems, after which a cost estimate was given to the customer for any required repairs. The free Tuesday body & paint checkups included a complete body & paint check of the vehicle. Scratches, dents and paint issues like fading were looked into and identified by TAC’s servicing experts. Post inspection a cost estimate was given to customers for any paint or dent removal related job. Customers were then able to make informed decisions with regards to mechanical, body and paint repairs.

According to Towell Auto Centre (TAC), the sole distributor of Mazda vehicles in the Sultanate of Oman, “Keeping in mind the cost of maintenance and more importantly the convenience of our customers, TAC had launched the Mondays and Tuesdays free checkup drive. With the introduction of a complete checkup covering everything from internal mechanical problems to external body damage issues, TAC via this initiative endeavoured to achieve customer satisfaction by taking servicing to a new level altogether. The weekly free checkups have helped customers by drawing their attention to the problems their vehicles face at an early stage, thereby avoiding significantly higher repairing costs later on. On the whole the free checkup initiative was a big success, with lots of customers not only calling to enquire about the offer but availing of it too.”
