MUSCAT: Construction of temporary fuel stations on Batinah Expressway is progressing, Oman’s Ministry of Transport and Communications tweeted by uploading a few pictures of the fuel stations.

In January, the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC) had signed an agreement with Oman Oil Marketing Company to build four temporary fuel stations on Batinah Expressway.

The four stations will be set up in North Batinah and South Batinah at the truck weighing stations. The stations will serve road users till the completion of the integrated stations announced by the Ministry of Housing earlier.

The fuel stations will also provide exits and entries to Batinah Expressway, for smooth flow of traffic. The stations will also have coffee shops, a mosque, and other facilities.
