MUSCAT : HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, will patronize over a ceremony marking Omani Youth Day tomorrow.
The event will be organized by the ministry at Al Mouj promenade in the Wilayat of Seeb. It includes the announcement of winners of the Excellence Award, which felicitates the accomplishments of youth and institutional initiatives to serve society.
The event reflects the ministry’s keenness to demonstrate the role of youth in building and promoting the nation. It also underlines the contribution of youth in the context of the Renewed Renaissance. A three-day exhibition showcasing the initiatives and achievements of Omani youth will be opened during the ceremony.
